2026 Versatile Tandem Disc TD700 12"

Versatile’s Tandem Disc has been proven over the past five decades and hundreds of thousands of acres. The tandem discs are built to handle harsh conditions and even harsher crop residue. The robust frame (350-700 lb/ft; 521-1,042 kg/m) and extreme-duty gang bearing options assure longevity and reliability in the field. The wide selection of weight classes, working widths from 11'6" to 40' (3.5-12.2 m) and blade spacings ranging from 8" to 12" (203-305 mm)means the right tandem disc is available for light, medium and heavy primary tillage needs.

Model TD400

The TD400 model is a medium weight, 350 lb/ft (521 kg/m) weight class, single section tandem disc. Available in sizes from 11.5' to 20' (3.2 - 6.1 m) with a choice of 8" or 9" (203 or 230 mm) blade spacing. Use for secondary tillage, seedbed preparation or primary tillage where conditions are suitable.

Model TD500N/TD500

The Versatile Model TD500N and TD500 are excellent secondary tillage machines. With an average weight per foot of 500 lb., (744 kg/m) they are available in either 8" or 9" (203, 230 mm) blade spacing and working widths ranging from 18' to 40 ' 6" (5.5 m - 12.3 m).

Model TD600N/TD600

The Versatile TD600N and TD600 models are designed to be all purpose Tandem Discs capable of managing heavy crop residue or working up old pasture, slough bottoms or newly cleared land. Available in either 9" or 10.5" (230, 267 mm) spacing, they feature the industry's heaviest gang bearings, steel fabricated spools and a floating hitch. The TD600N features an extremely narrow transport width of 9.5', making it easy to transport in almost any location.

Model TD700

The Versatile TD700 is built to manage heavy crop residue such as corn, small grains stubble, potatoes or sugar beets or to work down pasture or hay land. With gangs torqued to 3,200 ft/lb and heavy-duty T2-215 bearings standard equipment the TD700 will perform well in the most demanding field conditions. Standard features like Stone-Flex hangers and a floating hitch help create a smooth field finish and prevent ridging or gouging.

Blade Scrapers

• All tandem discs feature one piece, 4" wide blade scrapers made of carbon steel for long wear life. The scrapers are U-bolt mounted for maximum adjustment on a heavy-duty tubular steel bar. All scrapers are located high end to the inside of the blade for maximum trash flow and to reduce draft requirements. This eliminates the need for trash guards.Versatile Transport Mode

• Hydraulic lockout valves are supplied standard to prevent accidental operation of either the lift or wing cylinders when the disc is being transported. The TD500N boasts a transport width of under 12', and the TD600N folds into an impressive 9.5' wide transport package.Versatile Staggered Front Gangs

Staggered Front Gangs

• Staggered, overlapping front gangs are standard (except on TD400) and ensure that all soil at the center of the disc is cut out cleanly and evenly. Besides leaving a more level soil profile, this feature eliminates the need for a center shank or bulk buster normally supplied on most conventional tandems.
